These Shipping Policies apply to
Evo Power Mods

Shipping Methods

You have the choice of the below shipping methods, select the one that best fits your needs. Please note that Saturday, Sunday and all holidays are not considered delivery days.

· UPS SERVICES  

UPS GROUND: Delivery in 5 business days (most areas) not counting the day it is shipped.  

UPS NEXT DAY AIR: Next business day by 10:30 A.M.  

UPS NEXT DAY EARLY A.M. : Next business day by 8:30 A.M.  

UPS NEXT DAY AIR SAVER : Next business day by 3:00 P.M.  

UPS 2nd DAY AIR: Second business day (by end day), not counting the day shipped.

UPS 2nd DAY AIR A.M.: Second business day (by 12:00 Noon), not counting the day shipped. 

UPS 3 DAY SELECT: Third business day (by end of day), not counting the day shipped.

We do offer additional Shipping choices contact us for those details.

Delivery to military bases will
require a few additional days.  

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates vary by Product or item. You will be given the choice and cost of all shipping methods during checkout. All shipping charges are based on the destination of your package as well as shipping weight and dimensions. Shipping weight is determined by the estimated weight of all item(s) plus the necessary packing materials and the shipping box.

Package Tracking
You will be supplied your tracking number or delivery confirmation number so you have constant access to your package information.

Other Shipping Information

Evo Power Mods is bound to the rules and regulations of each carrier. Once the carrier receives the package, we have no control over the actual delivery time it my take to be delivered. We declare that once the package has been handed to the shipping carrier that liability of the package no longer lies with Evo Power Mods. We are therefore not liable for lost or stolen merchandise. NoLimit Industries will not refund or reship any package that has been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier even if recipient claims non-receipt. It is possible that the package was left with neighbors, behind a bush, in the garage, between the doors etc. We suggest that the recipient contact the delivering carrier to verify where parcel was placed.

Evo Power Mods has no control over a carrier’s decision if your location is considered “safe” to leave a package. If this happens the carrier will leave a notice notifying you that an attempt was made for delivery. You must follow the carrier’s directions on the notice for delivery of your package. If any package is returned to Evo Power Mods for any reason, no refund will be issued.

Same Day Shipping

Orders received before 12PM Noon CST weekdays are generally shipped the same day unless otherwise specified. This is our standard procedure and not a guarantee. Orders received after that time and on weekends or holidays are shipped the next business day. Although we place a high priority on getting your order shipped as soon as possible, please note we make no guarantees as large orders, seasonal peaks, severe weather conditions or other circumstances may sometimes delay shipping.

Address Requirements

Evo Power Mods uses UPS as our preferred method of shipping. Other methods of shipping may be used at our discretion. Therefore please provide both physical address AND P.O. Box information for all packages! Be sure that your ship to address is accurate! All carriers will charge a re-routing fee if a package is re-routed due to an incorrect or incomplete address. First NoLimit Industries reserves the right to pass this re-routing fee on to you when this situation occurs. You will be notified by e-mail in such a case. If for any reason your package needs redirected, you will be charged for that added service.
